BEA Coral Boost Balance was developed to meet the diverse needs of a mixed reef aquarium. Unlike a planktonic-only diet, this formula combines marine zooplankton and selected microalgae , creating a broad and balanced nutritional profile. It includes Euphasia superba, Mysis relicta, Calanus finmarchicus, and Tigriopus, along with microalgae such as Chlorella, Spirulina, Haematococcus, Tetraselmis, and Schizochytrium .
This diversity provides a complete profile of proteins, lipids, essential amino acids, and plant fibers . Soft corals and gorgonians particularly benefit from the phytoplankton fraction, while SPS and LPS corals fully benefit from the denser zooplankton supply.

With particles ranging from 20 to 1500 microns , Coral Boost Balance covers a wide range of feeding behaviors. The finest particles are captured by filter-feeding corals and bivalves, while the larger ones efficiently nourish more developed polyps. This broad spectrum simplifies the feeding routine of a diverse reef aquarium.
The freeze-dried form retains the integrity of the nutrients and allows for rapid rehydration. Once mixed with the aquarium water, the product diffuses easily in areas of strong water movement, ensuring even distribution.

The microalgae present naturally provide phycocyanin, carotenoids, polysaccharides, and fiber . The formula is rich in B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D, and vitamin A , as well as beta-glucans , known for their role in supporting the body's natural defenses. Astaxanthin contributes to cell protection and color intensity.
The essential fatty acids HUFA, PUFA, and omega-3-6-9 derived from plankton enhance tissue vitality and contribute to maintaining steady growth. Together, they provide consistent nutritional support for more stable, colorful, and vibrant corals.
Simple dosage and easy integration into the reef routine
For a moderately stocked aquarium of approximately 200 liters, it is recommended to rehydrate one scoop in 100 ml of aquarium water , then distribute it in an area of high water movement to promote dispersion. Administration is generally done 2 to 3 times per week , adjusting according to the density and the reaction of the animals.
It is recommended to temporarily turn off the skimmer and pumps for a few minutes to optimize intake. For a gradual introduction, start with ¼ of the dose the first week, then increase gradually.
