The delivery is free in relay point in France from 69 € of purchase and up to a maximum of 10 kg per package. And from 159€ of purchase for heavy products (up to 30kg).

The stock level is updated in real time on each product sheet. In the event of missing products, a supplier order will then be made in order to respect the shortest replenishment period. An order cannot be shipped in several installments (except in cases of force majeure).
Tracking your order is possible at any time by logging into your customer account. You will also receive email notifications for each change in the status of your order. The tracking number of your package will be sent to you by email when your order is taken over by the carrier. It is also available on your Zoanthus.fr customer account.

- The withdrawal of your order is possible free of charge at our depot located in Saint-Etienne (42100) at the earliest on the day of your order. An appointment must then be agreed by contacting customer service on 04 82 28 31 44.
