Designed for demanding reef aquariums, BEA Zoo Plus provides a direct source of fresh zooplankton , similar to what corals consume in their natural environment. Species such as Tigriopus brevicornis , Brachionus plicatilis , and krill (Euphausia superba) offer a particularly rich nutritional profile. It provides a natural balance of amino acids, proteins, and lipids , essential for tissue growth, polyp expansion, and the maintenance of vibrant colors.

Copepods and rotifers are also known for their astaxanthin and photoprotective carotenoid content, which helps strengthen corals' resistance to the intense lighting of modern reef aquariums. The supply of essential fatty acids (HUFA, PUFA, omega-3-6-9) supports the overall vitality and biological stability of the ecosystem.

Highly palatable liquid suspension and prolonged diffusion

Its liquid texture in aqueous suspension is a real game-changer. Unlike some foods that sink too quickly or are immediately filtered out, the particles – ranging in size from 120 to 2000 microns – remain in motion within the water column. This allows every coral, from the smallest SPS to the more robust LPS, to absorb the nutrients it needs.

This natural palatability stimulates the feeding response, promotes polyp opening, and makes feeding more efficient, even in well-circulated aquariums. All this without heat treatment, guaranteeing preserved nutritional value close to nature .

Precise dosage and optimized use in reef aquariums

For a moderately stocked aquarium of approximately 200 liters, it is recommended to add 15 to 20 drops in an area of strong water movement to promote even dispersion. Administration can be done 2 to 3 times per week , adjusting the quantity according to the population density and the response of the animals.

It is recommended to temporarily turn off the skimmer and return pump for a few minutes to optimize absorption. Thanks to its high nutritional concentration , BEA Zoo Plus allows for much lower dosages than many competing products, making it both an effective and sustainable solution.

For a smooth transition, start with ¼ of the recommended dose for the first week, then gradually increase. Shake well before use. Store the 100 ml glass bottle closed in a cool, dry place. This product is intended exclusively for feeding aquarium animals and should be kept out of reach of children.
