Brackish Salt™ isn't just any salt. What's more, it's not only harmless to plants, but also contains nutrients that support their growth , making it an ideal choice for planted tanks, which are often overlooked for this type of use.

Its low sodium and chloride content makes it a much healthier alternative, especially for community aquariums where fish and vegetation coexist. Its big advantage? It can be dosed according to the geographical origin of the species, allowing for ultra-precise customization of salinity . Dosages adapted to each type of population

Brackish Salt™ can be used both when setting up the tank and during water changes. For ovoviviparous fish such as guppies or platies, simply add 20g per 40 litres of water . For more salt-demanding species such as scats, the dose can be increased to 80g per 12 litres – be careful, this dose is not suitable for planted aquariums. In all cases, the salt must be dissolved in fresh water before adding to the tank. And above all, never use it to compensate for evaporated water .

For mixed or community tanks, it is recommended to opt for an average dose representative of all the species present. Its versatility also allows it to be used as a mineralizing salt or preventative treatment in freshwater aquariums, respecting the appropriate dosages.
