REEFER Skimmer RSK-300 DC is a high-performance skimmer equipped with a controllable Sicce PSK pump. It has a self-regulating system that prevents over-skimming and overflow of the bucket. It is recommended for mixed reef aquariums up to 600 liters . The Sicce PSK pump provides a flow rate of 1000 l/h of water for 500 l/h of air .

The ReefRun Dual controller essential for its operation is sold separately.

REEFER DC-Skimmers feature self-regulating technology that prevents over-skimming and keeps the bucket from overflowing once full, while continuing to oxygenate the water.

Self-regulation

The self-regulation function is activated as soon as the foam humidity in the neck exceeds the “over-skimming” threshold set by the user. The pump intensity is immediately reduced to avoid over-skimming, then gradually increased or decreased, little by little, depending on the foam humidity, until the preset pump intensity is reached and skimming stability is restored.

The REEFER DC-Skimmers are particularly quiet thanks to the PSK DC pump, silent blocks and a silencer on the air inlet.
