Spirulina is a rich source of protein and nutrients beneficial to fish. Spirulina flakes can be a beneficial source of nutrients for fish alongside other healthy, balanced foods. They are rich in protein, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. They can also help boost a fish's immune system and improve overall health.
