AQUAEL - SUPER FINISH Filter Foam for Ultramax

High-performance and complete filtration

AQUAEL SUPER FINISH filter foam plays an essential role in maintaining clean and healthy water. Thanks to its fine 45 ppi structure, it acts as a last line of defense, blocking the smallest impurities that could cloud the water. Its role does not stop there: by serving as a support for nitrifying bacteria, it also contributes to biological filtration , essential for the balance of the aquarium. Compatible with Aquael filters , it ensures optimal performance in all circumstances.

Ease of installation and maintenance

Changing your filter foam has never been easier! Simply open your filter , remove the old foam and insert the new one. For a smooth transition and immediate effectiveness, a simple soak in aquarium water 24 hours before installation allows the foam to naturally seed with beneficial bacteria. Regular maintenance is essential: monitor the filter flow rate and clean the filter as soon as a drop in performance is noticed.

A healthy environment for your fish

The water in your aquarium is a key element in the well-being of its inhabitants. By using a quality Aquael filter media , you avoid the accumulation of waste and the proliferation of harmful agents. The foam should be changed every 4 to 6 weeks for maximum efficiency. In addition, the use of aquatic plants also contributes to a better biological balance, by absorbing nitrates and improving the oxygenation of the water.

Perfect compatibility with Ultramax filters

This filter foam is specially designed to fit the Aquael Ultramax 1000 , Aquael Ultramax 1500 and Aquael Ultramax 2000 models. It ensures optimum water circulation through the filter, preventing blockages and ensuring a constant flow rate. An ideal choice for aquarists who care about the quality of their filtration.
