Questions / Réponses

Why use a pH meter?

You need to know the exact pH of your water to control the acidity in your aquarium. pH analysis allows us to accurately understand the calibration of parameters to provide suitable conditions for our plants and other organisms in the aquarium.

What is the ideal pH for my aquarium?

The ideal pH is between 7 and 8. It should not exceed 8.

How to read pH meter results?

pH is expressed on a scale of 0 to 14 units. “Neutral” water has a pH of 7. A pH below 7 indicates that the water is acidic.

How does a ph meter work?

The device consists of an electronic box where the value is displayed as well as an electrode allowing the value to be measured.
