TUNZE - Comline® Nanofilter 3161 - Surface filter for aquariums up to 100l

Comline® Filter 3161 is a very compact and silent two-chamber internal filter, developed in the famous "Comline®" design. It has surface and bottom suction for freshwater and saltwater nano aquariums from 30 to 100 liters. But it is also a surface cleaning filter avoiding the greasy film on the surface for larger aquariums, up to 1,000 liters.

In this type of aquariums, especially if they are not equipped with surface suction, Comline® Filter 3161 will be able to do an efficient job and will require little space in a corner of the tank. It has a low-consumption Comline® 900 pump, which can be adjusted to a low flow rate for small aquariums or, on the contrary, to a higher flow rate if used as a surface cleaner in large tanks.

The fixing of the filter is done by a Magnet Holder Silence up to 10 mm thick of glass, the silent blocks in silicone avoid a transmission of the vibrations to the aquarium, particularly useful for the small aquariums. In the case of thicker panes, it is possible to use a Magnet Holder up to 15 mm (accessory).

The first deep filter chamber accommodates approx. 15% of the treated water flow and is specially designed for placing a nano immersion heater (in small tanks) or pH or temperature measurement probes (for larger tanks). The main filtration chamber allows you to place perlon wool or any other filtration substrate, it is equipped with an additional filtration foam, easy to extract.

Comline® Filter 3161 is delivered ready to use, complete with filter media.

For fresh water and sea water from 30 to 100 liters depending on the organic load (filter for nanoaquariums) or 1,000 liters (surface filter).
