The HI713-11 includes a sealed cuvette for zero ppm phosphate and a cuvette that becomes tinted to obtain an equivalent sample of 1.00 ± 0.08 ppm phosphate at 25°C when the supplied reagent is added. All standards are produced in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, using reagent-grade chemicals in a temperature-controlled environment.

You need 1 PPM with a margin of + or - 0.08. I got 0.92 PPM, so my Hanna checker is always well calibrated. I bought it 8 years ago . expensive but thanks to it I know that 8 years later my checker is still accurate! (Translated review)
