The ClariSea filter features an intelligent controller for automatic and manual fleece roll advance. It also displays visual and audible alarms if a potential error is detected during operation.
Smart Controller Buttons
Play button:
Press and hold this button to manually advance the motor and wind the fleece.
Alarm button:
Press the alarm button for 1-2 seconds to turn off the audible alarm. The alarm condition will still be present with the red LED still flashing. Automatic fleece advance will be disabled, but the play button will still function as manual fleece advance.
Pressing the alarm button for 5-7 seconds will fully reset the controller, which will completely clear the alarm state and return the unit to normal operating mode. Disconnecting power for 30 seconds also resets the controller and clears the alarm state.
Smart Controller LED Indicator Functions
Normal running :
Initialization (power on or reset):
Blue/Red LEDs flash 5 times, an audible alarm will sound with each flash if the smart controller is reset or powered on.
The blue LED stays on to indicate that the unit is in normal standby mode.
Engine activation:
When the motor is activated, the blue LED flashes.
Alarm indicators
If the roller cannot move forward or if the float is activated for more than 5 seconds:
The red alarm light flashes
Audible alarm will sound for 2 seconds every 5 seconds
Automatic fleece advance will be disabled until the controller is reset.
If the float is not activated for 8 hours, it means that the fleece is probably empty:
Blue/red LEDs flash, audible alarm sounds for 1 second every 2 seconds.
Automatic fleece advance will be disabled until the controller is reset.
If there is a possible installation error and the float is not triggered within 48 hours of initial setup or reset:
The red LED flashes at 10 second intervals and the audible alarm sounds with each flash.
The automatic fleece advance will be disabled until the controller is reset.
