• 1. Create an account at www.triton-lab.de/en/register and confirm it by e-mail.
• 2. Log in, create a virtual aquarium and connect the barcode.
• 3. Take a water sample (+ backup sample) from your aquarium.
• 4. Submit and be notified of your arrival at the lab via email and view results online 1-3 days after arrival.

Advice from TRITON laboratories:

• Follow steps 1-4 above in exact order, making sure not to skip any steps.
• The return address must be legible and complete.
• It is also best to add your address to your profile after registration. This way we can contact you quickly in case of questions.
• Make sure the barcode is connected before sending the test, otherwise the automatic download of the results is not possible. It also reduces the waiting time.
