NYOS® PhytoMaxx is a highly concentrated phytoplankton solution from professional aquaculture. PhytoMaxx contains live Nannochloropsis algae in size 2-5um. It is produced under completely sterile conditions and purified with special centrifuges.
PhytoMaxx is produced in collaboration with a highly specialized laboratory in biotechnology which ensures quality and permanent control. The process uses a very modern photo-bioreactor technique, adapted to the corresponding algae. The seaweed is harvested directly and efficiently cleaned using special centrifuges, then bottled with sterile seawater. Standards such as these are generally only applied in the field of professional aquaculture. The result is a very clean solution without bacterial impurities. PhytoMaxx is free from artificial colors, preservatives and antioxidants. It is highly concentrated and contains 500 million live algae cells per ml. Due to its sterile production conditions, PhytoMaxx is almost odorless and can be stored, cool, for up to 6 months.
In the aquarium, PhytoMaxx is ideal for giant clams, sponges, filter organisms or soft corals, for example. Regular use promotes the emergence of zooplankton.

Recommended use: Shake before use. PhytoMaxx can be added directly via a measuring cup. Add approximately 5ml per 100L of aquarium water 2-3 times per week. Corals and filter feeders can also be fed with a pipette after stopping the flow in a targeted manner and in small quantities.
Storage: cool after opening (1 to 4°C).
