Ready to use and compatible with all filters
No rinsing or preparation is necessary: BioCeramax 600 is immediately ready for use . Simply place it in the biological compartment of the filter, ideally after mechanical filtration and before chemical filtration. Suitable for AQUAEL filters ( ASAP , FZN ) and many other models, it is suitable for aquariums up to 250 liters.
Longevity and simplified maintenance
Designed for long-lasting use , BioCeramax 600 requires little maintenance. To maintain its efficiency, it is recommended to replace approximately 1/3 of the volume every 6 to 12 months . When cleaning the filter, rinse it only with aquarium water to preserve bacterial colonies. Avoid tap water , which could sterilize the filter media.
