Clean and healthy water
Plant or food residues and metabolic products affect the quality of aquarium water. Good quality water is essential for the health of fish and plants in the aquarium. This quality can be obtained by special filters. These filters suck in the water from the aquarium and extract impurities and other waste. Filters also provide an ideal living environment for depolluting bacteria.

Simple setup
The external filter is fully equipped and ready to be connected. The built-in quick-priming system and vacuum-free filter start allow for easy installation. Filter media are also provided.

Easy maintenance
Regular replacement of the pre-filter avoids frequent cleaning of the rest of the filter. The large filter volume ensures a high biological filtration capacity through various filter layers. The supplied biofiltration balls have different diameters, which promotes the self-purification effect.

Energy efficiency and safety
With its consumption of only 20 W, the CristalProfi e1502 allows a great energy saving. The unit consumes 27% less electricity than comparable predecessor models, while producing just as efficient water circulation. The flexible hose connection block is patented and equipped with a safety valve, it prevents any water leakage when uncoupling the filter. The JBL CristalProfi is TÜV tested.

New compared to the JBL CristalProfi e 1501: the upper filter basket has been completely redesigned for greater efficiency: instead of the small prefiltration plates on the outside, it is now a plate twice as large and a single piece that serves as a pre-filter. The filter cannot therefore clog as easily, even in the event of a large quantity of impurities, and the cleaning of the pre-filters will be rarer.
