I have already used this product. After 3 and a half years, I had great difficulty removing the connector from the filter cover. Too late for the 3-year warranty. On the other hand, filtration is top-notch and 2 suctions for 1 delivery is impeccable for a 2 m long aquarium. If I have another problem, I'll send it back before the 3 years are up.
