Radion upgrade from Ecotech Marine is an upgrade kit that allows you to keep your G5 ramp and transform it into a G6 ramp . This kit includes the G6 group and HEI lenses, which combine to form a Hybrid Hemispherical Edge Illumination (HEI2) lens system. If you are wondering, yes you can turn Blue into Pro and vice versa.

The Radion G6 model is built on the same heatsink and driver platform as the equivalent Radion G5 model (XR15 or XR30). Excitingly, this allows an upgrade path from G5 to G6 of the same model (XR15 and XR30).

How to install the kit?

1. Radion firmware update (it's important)

2. Remove the bottom cover

3. Separate and remove lentils and a bunch

4. Remove the G6 cluster from its packaging (do not touch the back of the cluster as it is pre-coated with thermal grease).

5. Install the G6 cluster and reconnect the connectors

6. Lens replacement and reinstallation

7. Replace and reinstall the bottom cover.
