ReefPearls contains micro-encapsulated particles that are stable for 4 to 24 hours in the aquarium with low nutrient loss. They can thus float for a long time and allow a wide feeding delay for your corals. Reefpearls consists of a mixture of granules of different sizes, ranging from 5 to 200 um (microns), which mimics the natural size of plankton. It can be used without any problem with an automatic feeder.

ReefPearls contains essential levels of phosphates, however, unlike most other foods, these phosphates are in an organic form (attached to proteins and DNA) and not inorganic phosphates (PO4). This will result in less pollution in your aquarium and better absorption of this essential element for your corals and other filter feeders.
