The Great Christmas Game
Organizer and applicable law
The Zoanthus company, with a capital of 1000 euros, whose head office is located at 11 bis rue Buffon 42100 Saint-Etienne, registered in the trade and companies register of Saint-Etienne (Loire, France) under number 511 656 431, organizes a game with obligation to purchase, “Le grand jeux de Noël” from December 1, 2021 to December 23, 2021, (hereinafter, the “Game”). The Game is accessible to anyone who has placed an order on the zoanthus.fr website. The Game, the Site and the interpretation of these rules are subject to French law.
Conditions of participation
Anyone who placed an order on the site between 01/12/2021 and 23/12/2021 is eligible and can participate in the game. The Game consists of a draw which will take place on December 24. The result of the draw will be communicated on December 25 at 11 a.m. on this same page, on social networks and by email to the winner. Persons eligible for this Game accept without reservation the respect of the provisions of these rules, accessible on the Site and at the address: https://www.zoanthus.fr/contact/jeux-concours-de-noel for the duration of the Game.
2.1 Conditions of participation in the Game
Participation in the Game is open to any adult and capable, eligible person residing in Metropolitan France, excluding the staff of the Organizer and that of the companies having participated in the development of the Game and their close family (parents, siblings or any other person residing in the same household).
2.2 Participant data
Pursuant to the law "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978 as amended, participants have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning them with the Organizer and, for the duration of the Game, from:

2.3 Validity of participation
The information and contact details provided by the participant must be valid and sincere, under penalty of exclusion from the Game and, where applicable, loss of the status of winner.
It is strictly forbidden, by any process whatsoever, to modify or attempt to modify the proposed Game devices, in particular in order to modify the results. If it turns out that a participant has been drawn in violation of these rules, by fraudulent means, such as mass communication of the promotional code, or by means other than those resulting from the process described by the 'Organizer on the Site or by these rules, his prize would not be awarded to him and would remain the property of the Organiser, without prejudice to any legal proceedings that may be brought against the participant by the Organizer or by third parties. .
It is strictly forbidden for a participant to play with several e-mail addresses as well as to play from a player account opened for the benefit of another person. A single and unique player account will be opened by the same person with the same surname, first name, e-mail address and domicile.
Principles of the Game
3.1 Game Mechanics
To participate in the Game and try to win, the participant must have placed an order between 01/12/2021 and 23/12/2021 and validate their registration at the address https://www.zoanthus.fr/contact/ Christmas-competition-games . An explanatory flyer will be inserted in each package within the limit of available stocks from November 1st to December 23rd.
If a person orders several times during the duration of the Game, they can register a new participation with the unique order reference.
Endowment and allocation of lots
- “1 Aqua Medic Blenny Qube aquarium + furniture + home delivery”.
The Blenny Qube aquarium is distinguished by its comprehensive standard equipment. Both the EVO 500 skimmer and the circulation pump EcoDrift 4.3 are adjustable by means of a Controller and can be optimally adapted to the needs of the kept animals. The integrated filter box, separated by a rear wall made of high-quality acrylic glass, guarantees easy handling. Another highlight is the Qube 50 LED lighting. The LED Chip consists of 24 individual LED elements with five different light colors, which are separately adjustable in color and light quantity manually via two separate channels. The high energy density of LEDs makes it possible to maintain light-hungry animals without any problems. Skimmer, circulation pumps and LED lighting have 0 – 10 volt connection, which allows the use of external control devices.
The three viewing faces in Premium glass complete the offer in terms of design and quality. Made with 6mm premium white glass.

- Skimmer: EVO 500
Very efficient and very quiet skimmer. Controller included for adjusting the performance of the Dispergator DC Runner 1.3 pump (24 V, max. 7 W). Integrated 0 - 10 Volt connection for the use of external control devices.
- Lighting: Qube 50
High Power LED spotlight with balanced light spectrum. Five colors of light with high energy density, specially designed for strong coral growth (24 V, max. 50 W). Color and quantity of light are manually adjustable via two channels. 0 - 10 Volt connection for the use of external control devices.
- Filter: Integrated filtration chamber including surface extractor for the reception of foam as well as other filtration substrates available as an option.

- Support cabinet suitable for aquarium with a base of 40 x 50 cm. This cabinet was specially created for the Blenny Nano Aquarium (+ Blenny Qube) of Aqua Medic and is designed to support the weight of a full aquarium.
Aquarium and cabinet form a modern and optically beautiful unit, which is easy to position in the apartment.
The piece of furniture‚ is delivered as a construction kit and can be assembled in just a few moves.

The prize may not be reimbursed in cash, nor any other consideration of any kind whatsoever. The endowment is deemed non-transferable. However, in the event of force majeure, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the prizes announced by one or more prizes of at least equivalent value.
Any order canceled or returned entails the loss of eligibility of the endowment put into play. By accepting the prize, the customer declines his right of withdrawal from the order provided for by law or asks to wait for the end of it (15 days ) before accepting his win.
Designation of winners
The designation of the winner will be done by drawing lots with approved software.
Winners must comply with the rules. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, their prize will not be awarded to them. Participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, postal address or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration, indication of false identity or address entails the immediate elimination of the participant and, where applicable, the reimbursement of the prizes already sent.
Responsibility
The images used on the Site, the objects represented, the trademarks and trade names mentioned, the graphic and computer elements and the databases making up the Site, are the exclusive property of their respective owners and cannot be extracted, reproduced or used without the written authorization of the latter, under penalty of civil and/or criminal proceedings. Any resemblance of characters or elements of the Game with other fictitious characters or other already existing elements would be purely fortuitous and could not lead to the liability of the Organizer or its service providers such as the Game Operator. acting on behalf of the Organiser.
The Organizer shall not incur any liability whatsoever if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control or of justified necessity, it were required to cancel this Game, to shorten it, extend it, postpone it or modify the conditions, its responsibility cannot be engaged as a result. In any case, it reserves the right to extend the participation period. In particular, the Organizer declines all responsibility in the event that the Site is unavailable during the duration of the Game.
The prizes cannot give rise to any dispute or claim of any kind, nor can they be exchanged, nor be the subject of payment of their value in cash at the request of the winner.
