Anionic and cationic trace element supplement for saltwater aquariums.
In addition to calcium and carbonate hardness, coral growth also requires a series of essential trace elements which perform, for example, important functions in metabolism and play an essential role in the development of the skeleton of invertebrates. Seawater contains only very small amounts of these elements which are consumed in a very short time by coral growth and other processes. This makes a regular supply of trace elements essential.
Tropic Marin ® K + ELEMENTS and A - ELEMENTS have been developed following scientific analyzes carried out over many years on water and samples of coral skeletons and contain the cationic and anionic trace elements at optimal dosages and perfectly adapted to reef aquariums.
Tropic Marin ® K + ELEMENTS contains barium, boron, chromium, cobalt, iron, copper, manganese, nickel, strontium and zinc in a purely mineral form.

For a supply of complete trace elements, we recommend the use of the two trace element solutions:
Add 1 ml of trace elements of each solution to 100 l of aquarium water daily. The trace element solution should not be poured directly on the animals. If the consumption of trace elements by the corals is high, the dosage can be doubled.

By providing calcium by adding BIO-CALCIUM and ACTIVE BIO-CALCIUM , the supply of a trace element supplement must correspond to the calcium supply: 5 ml of trace elements for 5 ml of BIO-CALCIUM / ACTIVE BIO-CALCIUM.
Using a peristaltic pump, the regular dosing of Tropic Marin ® K + ELEMENTS and A - ELEMENTS can also be carried out completely automatically.
