ROYAL NATURE - Nitrite Professional Test - 100 measurements

Nitrite ions (NO2) are created from Ammonia through a known process called Nitrification or the Nitrogen Cycle. It is the bacteria that convert Ammonia into Nitrite and then into Nitrate by oxidation. This process can take 3-4 weeks.

In seawater, NO2 levels should not be detectable by this test. Levels above 0.05 PPM are dangerous and not acceptable.

Royal Nature 's new Nitrite test kit can be used in both freshwater and saltwater aquariums. This kit makes it possible to determine the concentration of nitrites in a range of values going from 0.1 to 5 mg/L with a very precise color scale.
