The correct water parameters in the aquarium/pond depend on the fish population and the plants present. Even if the water looks clear, it can be polluted. If the parameters are wrong, diseases or algae can develop in the aquarium or pond. To have a healthy pond or aquarium with conditions close to the natural environment, it is important to regularly check and adapt the water parameters.

Why test?
Maintaining an appropriate O2 level at all times is important for the well-being of the occupants of the aquarium or pond, and for the growth of aquatic plants. The oxygen is

In aquariums and ponds with little or no planting and in marine aquariums, the oxygen content must always be maintained at an adequate equilibrium level. Water absorbs oxygen through its surface.
