Hard corals (SPS and LPS) consume a composition of mineral salts which must be present in the aqueous medium and which are necessary for their growth. Sea water contains all the elements that we know on earth, some not necessary for the development of corals are maintained in our aquariums. In the natural marine environment, corals arrange themselves almost in a constant way so that the water that circulates between them, but this does not happen in aquariums. Having developed in closed systems, with the presence of skimmers and filtration methods using resins, the addition of these elements on a constant basis is necessary.
Xepta Reef Balance is a system that is the result of research on distinct elements present at trace levels in seawater where corals live. He is new and a pioneer in the marine aquarium hobby. After all these studies we have obtained an all-in-one product, so we will not need to use a large number of different products as is necessary in other methods, which thus complicate the maintenance of aquariums and are difficult to understand. for the newbie.
It is a 100% balanced system consisting mainly of three components. Salts consumed by corals are made available (Ca, kH and MG), these elements are necessary for proper growth, development and coloration. The peculiarity of this system is that, after being balanced, they do not alter the ionic stability of the aquarium, restoring in a balanced and proportionate way not only Kh, Ca and Mg (which are the parameters that we normally control), but also all the necessary and indispensable elements for the correct coloring and growth of the corals and this by maintaining such a balance of salts in solution in our reef aquariums. It is not a system using the parameters of Ca, Kh and Mg according to a specific request, but it respects the proportions of these elements in the water of our aquariums as these present themselves in the environment. natural marine.
It is presented in three packages, already mixed and prepared for its use. After having developed into a stable system, a balance must be kept between adding the components as follows: three doses of the Kh additive, one dose of the Ca additive and one dose of the Trace additive.
