That's just as dangerous. Below 0.03 mg/l , corals, especially SPS corals, can suffer, even rapidly losing tissue. With Essential Phospho, a stable level is maintained within the optimal range of 0.03 to 0.1 mg/l, ideal for balanced growth without promoting unwanted algae.
