ATI Labs - Chrome is an ultra-pure solution specially formulated to correct chromium deficiencies and maintain optimal biological balance in reef aquariums. 100% manufactured and controlled in Germany, this solution complies with the strict standards of ECHA and the CLP regulation (EC No. 1272/2008) . Although the symptoms of chromium deficiency are still poorly documented, its role remains important for enzymatic function and micronutrient availability in bacterial biofilms. Each 150 ml bottle contains 15,000 µg of pure chromium , allowing simple, accurate and safe dosing, both for daily supplementation and for adjustment after ICP analysis.

Chromium is a discreet trace element, but it likely plays a key role in enzyme regulation and micronutrient availability within biofilms. In a closed reef, its absence can limit certain biological responses, particularly in invertebrates and bacterial communities. Although no clear symptoms have been identified, maintaining stable levels contributes to a balanced ecosystem and the overall health of the tank.

The ATI ICP Element Chrome solution is calibrated for precise management: 1 ml per 100 L = +1 µg/L . To avoid excess, it is recommended not to exceed 0.5 µg/L per day (0.5 ml per 100 L). This extremely precise dosage makes it possible to secure intakes and maintain perfect control of the concentration. The 150 ml bottle thus offers a long-term reserve for occasional corrections or regular supplementation .

Chromium deficiencies often stem from naturally low sea salt , a lack of compensation through trace element solutions, or constant removal by the skimmer when chromium is bound to biomolecules. ATI Labs makes it easy to compensate for these losses and ensure the continuity of biological processes.
