What does the testpro pack contain?

• Aquaforest TestPro Ca is used to quickly measure the calcium content of saltwater aquariums, freshwater aquariums, ponds or aquariums. Calcium levels must be maintained in the range of 380-460 mg/l (ppm) to ensure proper operation of the brine tank. The kit contains enough reagents to perform measurements of 5565 calcium levels.
• Aquaforest TestPro KH is designed to quickly measure carbonate hardness in marine aquariums. To ensure proper functioning of the marine aquarium, the alkalinity should be between 6.5 and 8.0 dKH for Ultra Low Nutrient Systems (ULNS). Higher values are allowed for aquariums with a high nutrient content. The kit contains enough reagents to perform 78-100 carbonate hardness determinations.
• Aquaforest TestPro Magnesium is designed for the rapid measurement of magnesium (Mg) concentrations in seawater. Magnesium plays an important role in many biological processes, for example, it participates in the construction of the hard calcium carbonate skeleton corals. Thanks to its unique chemical properties, it has a significant impact on the buffering capacity of seawater and also prevents excessive precipitation of calcium carbonate on aquarium equipment. An adequate level of magnesium is important for maintaining the balance between calcium and alkalinity in reef aquariums. Magnesium levels should be checked regularly, along with other important water parameters such as calcium and alkalinity. The concentration of magnesium in natural seawater is between 1260 and 1460 mg/l (ppm). The test kit contains enough reagents to perform approximately 55-60 separate tests in this range.
