Macro Algae Reactor

Chaetomorpha or “spaghetti algae” is cultivated by many aquarists with the aim of removing nitrates and phosphates from marine biotopes. All you need to do is to regularly collect a certain quantity of algae, the biological balance is reinforced and represents an effective and simple alternative to the use of chemical substances or resins! For this purpose, TUNZE® has developed two specific Chaetomorpha reactors that can be positioned next to the aquarium or in an under-aquarium filter. The internal circulation of water is studied in order to allow a rotation of the culture and thus to save the number of light sources.
