Macro Algae Reactor

Chaetomorpha or "spaghetti algae" is cultivated by many aquarists to eliminate nitrates and phosphates from marine biotopes. All that is required is to regularly harvest a certain quantity of algae; the biological balance is strengthened and represents an effective and simple alternative to the use of chemicals or resins! For this purpose, TUNZE® has developed two specific Chaetomorpha reactors that can be positioned next to the aquarium or in an under-aquarium filter. The internal water circulation is designed to allow rotation of the culture and thus save on the number of light sources.
