Defroster is useful for defrosting frozen food and for enriching it with amino acids and vitamins. Frozen food is defrosted in the defrosting box protected from light while preserving the vitamins. It is then separated in the drainer from the defrosting water loaded with nitrates and phosphates and it is possible to enrich it with vitamins and amino acids ( aminovit ).
