The blue spectrum increases the growth of algae / soft corals / plants at each stage of this growth by stimulating cell multiplication. Recommended especially for refuges with soft corals (mainly Xenidae).
The “GROW” growth spectrum
The "GROW" growth spectrum improves vegetative growth throughout the life cycle of many macroalgae (Chaetomorpha, Caulerpa, Gracilaria, etc.).
The “BLOOM” spectrum
The "BLOOM" spectrum increases yield by promoting flowering at the crucial stage of plant reproduction.
Red spectrum
The red spectrum promotes root growth as well as productivity.
Dense Matrix technology for superior illumination
Following the patented Dense Matrix technology, Kessil ® concentrates many LED components on a single surface (cluster/cluster), guaranteeing a powerful and penetrating light source with a large range of up to 75 cm below the water surface and eliminates shadows. The average range can be further improved by placing several luminaires side by side.
Adjustable spectrum
The spectrum is selected directly on the luminaire body. For maximum comfort and flexibility, ergonomic intensity and color controls allow quick color changes and adjustment of the intensity from 10% to 100% depending on the growth phase of the algae / the plant.
Compatible with all types of controllers with a 0 - 10 V output / Spectral Controller
Several luminaires can be ordered in series. Simplified control with a single device:
- In manual mode, users can adjust color temperature and intensity to biotope requirements.
- Quick Set mode allows the creation of a repeating sunrise and sunset schedule by changing the color temperature and light intensity at six different points.
- Another mode designed for acclimatization allows multiple fixtures to be installed at aquarium level or makes it even easier to adapt new residents and plants/corals to an existing biotope. The characteristics of this acclimatization adapt to all the specific needs of the biotope.
Cooling management
The innovative cooling management principle for a constant luminous flux and minimum energy consumption increases the life of the luminaire as well as its efficiency of the luminaire.
H160 Tuna Flora offers four effective spectrums in one device: Blue, GROW, BLOOM and Red. The light emitted draws on the entire range of wavelengths from 380 to 780 nm, therefore close to UVA and the infrared range, for maximum efficiency of photosynthesis.
