Product Details

With this product, Ocean Nutrition demonstrates its status as a market leader in innovative products. The revolutionary product in question is called: Instant Baby Brine Shrimp. Artemia nauplii are used on a large scale in the aquarium industry, especially for the feeding of fry but also for the maintenance of invertebrates.

To date, there are very few or no innovations concerning the use of Artemia nauplii in the context of domestic aquariums. Starting a culture of Artemia at home may seem to some like a tedious and cumbersome exercise. It often happens that the hatching rate is disappointing and this because of various factors such as: incorrect storage, bacterial contamination, too low pH, … In addition, it is sometimes difficult to synchronize hatching with the food needs of the fry. Thanks to Ocean Nutrition you will never run out of nauplii stock for your fingerlings. A ready-to-use solution when and where you need it! This product consists of sterile brine shrimp nauplii in an aqueous solution.

Nauplii are exceptionally buoyant and have nothing to envy to living nauplii. This product can be stored at room temperature, once opened it must be stored in the refrigerator. To avoid quality problems when purchasing, please ensure that the security strip is intact.

Net weight of 20 gr, which represents more than 1.5 million nauplies. Ideal for fry, small fish and invertebrates.

Designed in collaboration with the University of Ghent (Artemia Reference Center, Belgium). Do not cloud the water.
