Detailed analysis
General information
“Overall quality” is a quick reading of the tank’s general condition: the higher the score, the closer all measured parameters are to the recommended target values. It is not a “judgment” of the tank, but a guide for setting priorities: an average score may hide 1 or 2 really important parameters that should be corrected first.
The “By major categories” chart shows where the biggest gap lies: basic values (salinity, KH), major elements (Ca, Mg…), nutrients (NO3, PO4), trace elements (I, Fe, Mn…), and pollutants. The idea is simple: you immediately spot the category or categories pulling the score down, then go to the detailed table to see exactly which elements are in “Warning” or “Needs correction”.
Method tip: always start by stabilizing salinity and KH (these are the foundations), then adjust the major elements (Calcium / Magnesium), and only then the nutrients and trace elements. And above all: correct gradually. Several small, well-controlled adjustments are better than one big correction all at once.

These synthetic indicators give you an overall view of your aquarium’s chemical balance, beyond the individual values. Rather than analyzing each element separately, they group several related parameters together to assess overall consistency.
The “Macro / Halogens Average” corresponds to a grouping of major and halogen elements (such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, iodine, bromine, etc.). These elements play a central role in coral growth, biological stability, and the overall proper functioning of the tank.
The “Organic Factors Average” groups together the parameters related to nutrients and organic compounds (nitrates, phosphates, organic carbon, etc.). It helps assess whether the organic load is balanced, too high (risk of algae, cyanobacteria), or too low (risk of deficiencies and starving corals).
Ratios are expressed as percentages, with a target set at 100%. A ratio close to 100% indicates that, overall, the elements in the group are aligned with their target values. A ratio below 100% suggests an average deficiency, while a ratio above it may indicate an overall excess.
These averages do not replace a detailed element-by-element analysis, but they are ideal for quickly detecting an overall drift and tracking your tank’s evolution over time. Use them as trend indicators: if an average remains far from 100% over time, it is recommended to examine the relevant elements in the detailed table.

This panel gives you an immediate view of the parameters that require special attention. It highlights only the values that are outside the target zone, so you can focus on what matters most.
A “Needs correction” status indicates a significant deviation that should be treated as a priority. A “Warning” status indicates a more moderate deviation to watch and adjust gradually.
Filters let you display only “Needs correction” parameters, only those in “Warning”, or the full set. The detailed table below updates automatically.
Each element is clickable: one click scrolls to its row in the table, giving you quick access to the value, the visual gauge and the actions.
The detailed table groups together all the chemical elements measured in your aquarium, classified by major families to make it easier to read. Each row corresponds to a specific element (calcium, magnesium, iodine, nitrate, etc.), with all the information needed to understand its current situation.
The “Measurement” column shows the value detected in the analysis. If the element is marked as ND (not detected), it means it is below the laboratory’s detection limit. Right next to it, the visual deviation gauge lets you interpret the value at a glance: target zone (green), warning zone or needs-correction zone depending on the gap from the target.
The “Status” column summarizes this information with a clear label (OK, Warning, Needs correction) to help you prioritize actions.
The “Action” button opens a correction recommendation tailored to your volume and the observed deviation, while the “Info” button gives a more scientific explanation of the element’s role in the aquarium.
Use this table as your main decision tool: start with the “Needs correction” rows, then handle the “Warning” ones, and leave the OK parameters under simple monitoring.
