What does Propond autumn 6 liters contain?
Wheat, salmon, fish oil and krill for vigorous and healthy pond fish (water temperature 10-20°C). Submersible pellets containing 28% protein, 10% fat, 2% crude fiber and 6% crude ash. Food pellets are packaged in sealed, airtight, insulated, lightweight bags to maintain quality.
NEO-Index literally means: Optimized Energy Natural Nutrition. Behind this name hides the proportion of protein to fat in the food. If only the season were taken into consideration, fish would only need half the protein (2/1) in winter that they need in summer (4/1). But since it is not only the season, therefore the water temperature, that plays a determining role, but also the size and age of the animal, as well as the function of the food (p eg growth food = ProPond Growth), JBL has developed the NEO-Index which combines all these characteristics in one claim.
