MAX®S-Series Custom Systems

MAX systems®Are available in White and Black. The side panels and doors of the cabinet are fixed to a marine anodized aluminum structure and can be replaced at any time, allowing them to be replaced or to entirely change the color of a working aquarium. This feature combined with the replaceable profiles on the lightbar and aquarium adds an unprecedented level of longevity and flexibility.

All external surfaces are painted in weather-resistant polyurethane (similar paints used in the automotive industry), for an elegant and durable finish

MAX series aquariums®S are comprised of 12-15mm extra-clear glass (low iron) supported by an anodized marine aluminum frame and saltwater resistant plastic. Designed to be easily assembled at home, all stages of gluing, sawing and wiring have already been done for you.

Coral safe ReefLED™ 90 lighting

The MAX® S Series includes the all-new ReefLED™ 90 lights from Red Sea which are designed to ensure optimal coral growth and maximum rendition of their vibrant colors. The heart of the unit is a compact LED array that produces a REEF-SPEC light spectrum through a REEF-SPEC blue channel (23000K) which is an optimal combination of ultraviolet, violet and blue LEDs and a white channel of 8000 K. Added to this is a 3W Moonlight channel dedicated to the low light intensities necessary for nocturnal observations.

The compact LED matrix sits beneath an optical glass lens which creates a homogeneous light which allows spectacular coral color rendition and a soft shimmering effect in the aquarium. ReefLEDs are controlled by the ReefBeat® app from Red Sea which offers a wide range of easy to use functions including random clouds, acclimatization for new installations and a lunar cycle for the moonlight channel.

The luminaire is mounted on a frame Red Sea on a slide that allows movement back and forth, leaving easy access for all maintenance tasks in the aquarium.

MAX®S-Series Total Reef Filtration

The complete reef filtration of the MAX®SRed Sea begins at the overflow comb which supplies water to the settling located in the cabinet through an adjustable silent downpipe. The filtered water is returned to the aquarium by a main pump which also brings the water to all the filtration systems such as the protein skimmer, a chiller and/or any reactors.

The aquarium and the decanter are connected by standard union fittings, so no plumbing work is required.

The MAX system®S is supplied with the main pump, the C-Skim 1800 protein skimmer, the means of mechanical filtration, carbon, as well as all the pipes prepared for connection to a chiller and auxiliary reactors.
